TOPIC 5.

This topic is the one that we have discussed as a designated reporter to it. In
here, we discussed all about the quality control, the innovation process. The first
discussion started with my fellow reporter discussing the definition of quality control and
the process of it. In construction, it is the strategy in management that ensure the final
output fulfill the guidelines and meeting the standards. Those products must first enter a
process where it should meet the specific requirements of it before undergoing the
process of quality control. There are two aspects of quality checking; the quality
assurance (QA), and the quality control (QC).

The next topic is the topic that I have discussed which is the innovation process.
Here, I have discussed how are the process of innovation in construction industry. The
process of innovation generally starts with the identification of goals or a problem to be
solved, then moves on to analysis, development, and design, transformation, and
eventually commercialization Knowing this type of knowledge might really assist us in
better understanding our work rather than simply following instructions.
