TOPIC 7.

This next topic that has been discussed is all about product development and
swot analysis. The reporter first discussed the best practices and trends in product
development. By designing a marketing strategy, Product Development improves on the
design. It's a more formal, all-encompassing approach to product development that
includes everything an entrepreneur needs to create a successful product. First, you
need to know who your target users are: who are your current customers, when do they
buy your goods, what is their history, where do they reside, and why do they use your
services.

Next discussion was all about design manufacturing. It is about the creation or
manufacture of a product or design that has been simplified and optimized for a lower
cost. As a result, cheaper items will be available, goods will be created faster, products
will be easier to repair, and the working environment will be safer. Lastly, the reporter
discussed about the SWOT analysis. This topic mostly discusses the complicated
information and evaluation of your company or a single product or campaign inside your
company.
