FIRST AND FOREMOST, THE VIDEO THAT I HAVE WATCHED SHOWS ABOUT THE
DIFFERENT KINDS AND EQUIPMENTS AND THEIR USES, THIS EQUIPMENTS ARE USED TO
MAKE A STRUCTURE MORE SUITABLE AND COMFORTABLE FOR THE OWNER AS WELL AS
GIVE MORE PLEASURE AND SUITABLE FOR THE EYES.

AS THE TIME PASSES, OUR WORLD IS CHANGING DRASTICALLY ALONG WITH OUR
DAILY EQUIPMENTS, THIS INCLUDES EVERYTHING THAT WE PEOPLE ARE USING EVERY
SINGLE DAY. EVERY TOOL HAS THEIR OWN SERVING AND PURPOSE WHETHER IT CAN
GIVE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE EFFECTS. IN THE FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION, ARE THE WE SO
CALLED AS CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS/ EQUIPMENTS WHICH HELPS OUR WORKERS TO
MAKE OUR STRUCTURE MORE DEPENDABLE AS WELL AS PLEASE THE EYES OF THE PEOPLE.

IN CONCLUSION, THIS EQUIPMENTS MAY GIVE US BOTH POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE


EFFECTS DEPENDS ON HOW WE USE IT. IT MAY BRING BEAUTY AND QUALITY BUT IT CAN

ACCORDING TO THE VIDEO THAT I HAVE WATCHED, THERE ARE 4 STAGES OF


PSYCHOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT IN WHICH BRUCE TUCKMAN EXPLAINED. THESE
INCLUDES THE FORMING, STORMING, NORMING, AND PERFORMING. THE TEAMS MOVE
THROUGH EACH STAGE AS THEY OVERCOME CHALLENGES, LEARN TO WORK TOGETHER
AND EVENTUALLY FOCUS ON ACCOMPLISHING A SHARED GOAL. IN THE FORMING STAGE,
HE SAID THAT MOST TEAM MEMBERS ARE POSITIVE AND POLITE, BUT SOME OF THEM ARE
FEELING ANXIOUS. AS FOR THIS PERIOD, PEOPLE ARE DOING THEIR BEST GET TO KNOW
EACH OTHER. NEXT IS THE STORMING STAGE, PEOPLE START TO PUSH AGAINST THE
ESTABISHED BOUNDARIES. CONFLICT OR FRICTION CAN ALSO ARISE BETWEEN TEAM
MEMBERS BECAUSE SOME MEMBERS/ TEAMS HAVE THEIR OWN PERSONALITIES AND
WORKING STYLES IN WHICH THE OTHERS MAY FIND INCOMPAPTIBLE ACCORDING TO
THEM RESULTING TO CONFLICT. THE THIRD STAGE IS THE NORMING, THIS STAGE IS THE
STAGE OF RESOLVING THEIR CONFLICT AND DIFFERENCES IN WHICH WILL BE FORMED
TOGETHER AND FOCUSES MORE ON THEIR GOAL INSTEAD OF GETTING IN CONFLICTS,
THIS IS THE STAGE WHERE THEY RESPECT YOU AS THEIR LEADER. LASTLY, THE FINAL
STAGE WHICH IS THE PERFORMING STAGE, THIS IS THE STAGE WHERE THE TEAM MAKES
A SIGNIFICANT PROCESS TOWARDS ITS GOALS. COMMITMENT TO THE TEAMS MISSION IS
HIGH AND COMPETENCE OF THE TEAM MEMBERS IS ALSO HIGH. THIS IS THE STAGE
THEY ARE ABLE TO ACHIEVE THE GROUPS GOALS WITHOUT FRICTION.
AS A FELLOW ENGINEERING STUDENT, WE OFTEN COME ACROSS TO THIS KIND OF
STAGES WHICH TEST OUR ABILITY AS AN INDIVIDUAL, TEAMS OR GROUPS. THIS HELPS US
STUDENTS TO HONE OUR SKILLS OF INTERATION, COMMUNICATION, AND THE ABILITY
OF CREATIVITY TO PASS THROUGH THIS STAGES IN WHICH WE CAN ALSO USE IN THE

FOR STARTERS, CUSTOMERS AND CONSUMERS PLAYS A BIG ROLE ON OUR SYSTEM
AS THEY ARE THE ONE’S WHO ARE THE MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME FOR COMPANIES
WHETHER BIG OR SMALL SUCH AS SARI-SARI STORES, MALLS, SUPERMALLS, AND ETC. ALSO,
THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CUSTOMERS IN WHICH EVERY COMPANIES MUST
HANDLE, SOME MIGHT BE VERY HANFDFUL BUT SME ARE WHAT WE CALLED AS REGULARS
AND THEY ALREADY KNEW ABOUT THE STORE AND MIGHT BE LESS HANDFUL.

(Ft. RACHEL WONG AND DARRYL YONG) SHOWS ABOUT THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF
CUSTOMERS THAT EVERY STORE HAS TO HANDLE ALMOST EVERYDAY. THIS INCLUDES
THE DISCOUNT HUNTER, SAMPLER, COIN COLLECTOR, KIDS, TESTER, THE THREATENER,
THE AUNTY, THE ASIAN, THE “TRUE ASIAN”, THE CUSTOMISER, THE CHEAPSTAKE, THE
“ONLY ONCE” GUY, BARGAIN HUNTERS, AND MANY MORE.

AS A FELLOW STUDENT, IT’S FUNNY HOW I CAN RELATE TO THIS TYPES OF


CUSTOMERS BECAUSE I CAN SEE SOME OF THIS PEOPLE WHEN I’M ALSO SHOPPING AND
BUYING ITEMS, WE CAN ALSO RELATE ON HOW IMPORTANT TO KNOW HOW THIS WORKS
AS A CUSTOMER,CONSUMER BECAUSE THIS IS THE WAY ON HOW WE CAN COMMUNICATE

A BUSINESS OR MARKETING STATEMENT THAT SUMMARIZES WHY A CONSUMER SHOULD
BUY A PRODUCT OR USE A SERVICE. THE PURPOSE OF VALUE PROPOSITION IS TO
