and engineering. In line with this, we are launching a mobile museum that features state-
of-the-art smartphone-based augmented reality (AR) exhibits in schools. We would like

INTRODUCTION

Augmented reality, or AR, is a technology that creates a live view of a physical, real-
world environment that is supplemented by computer-generated elements such as text,
audio, images, video, 3D models, or animations.

Some of the fastest growing applications of augmented reality are in the field of
education. Many schools, libraries, museums, zoos, oceanariums, and theme parks are
now using AR to augment their physical surroundings with digital sensory enhancements
for education purposes.

The novelty of AR apps today is something that all schools must take advantage of to
introduce a brand-new learning experience to its students. The Acadev AR Museum™ is

To conduct an exhibit of the Acadev AR Museum™ in your school so that the following
goals may be achieved:
- promote science and engineering to your students
- introduce smartphone AR technology to your students
- give your students a unique and never-before-seen learning experience through
AR

IMPLEMENTATION

Bringing the Acadev AR Museum™ to your school is very easy. Just schedule your
exhibit with us and we will reserve the date for you. We need to pick up your payment
one week before the scheduled exhibit to give us ample time to prepare for the transport
of the exhibit to your school.

We will set up the exhibit on the afternoon of the day before the exhibit proper. All we
need is for you to grant us permission to do this set-up. The number of days that the
exhibit will run will depend on the size of your student population.

Your students will be allowed to visit the exhibit area in batches and look at the displays
from 8 AM to 5 PM during the exhibit days.

We will maximize the learning opportunity for your students by being there all the time
to impart knowledge to them, answer their questions, and share our experiences in
augmented reality with them.

EXHIBIT DESCRIPTION

The Acadev AR Museum™ is a complete augmented reality-based science and history

museum that is perfect for occasions such as Science Week, Foundation Day, or Family
Day. Its novelty comes from its AR feature, which is delivered through smartphones
running our proprietary AR apps. The photos shown in this proposal are examples of
actual screenshots of images from the Acadev AR Museum.

The Acadev AR Museum™ boasts of at least 10 realistic dinosaurs that instantly pops out
of a designated area whenever the smartphone camera focuses on it. We can make two of
these dinosaurs life-sized in augmented reality if your school has enough space for it. The
augmented reality is experienced by the students directly through the smartphone’s
screen and may be mirrored on big TV screens.

Also included in the museum are AR displays about animals, the human anatomy, space
exploration, human evolution, and the history of military technology featuring tanks,
helicopters, etc.

We can also conduct selfie sessions for your students and visitors to give them the
opportunity to have their pictures taken with the dinosaurs.
