1. Reference: Subpoena received re People of the Philippines vs ANTHONY

ALFRED BASS y CANILLO with criminal case no. TCR-2022-12340, 12341 for
violation of Sec. 5 and 11, Art. II of RA 9165.

2. This pertains to the above reference to appear at Regional Trial Court,

Branch 66, Talisay City, Cebu to testify on the above entitled case on July 19, 2023
(wednesday) at 8:30 AM.

3. In this regard, humbly ask permission to go on pass from 4:00 AM of July
19, 2023 until 3:00 PM of the same date.

4. Rest assured to abide the Policies and Guidelines of this Unit as well as
the safety protocols while on pass. Further, a copy of court appearance will be
secured upon return to this Unit.
