After Breakfast, get ready for full day Tokyo Tour. You will visit
Asakusa Kannon Temple which is a famous temple that is visited
by many tourists both domestic and foreign, after that you can APA Hotel *3 (similar) /

7. Registration without a deposit is non-binding and can be canceled without prior notification to Participants.
Tour fees can change at any time according to government regulations / airlines / hotel service providers /
embassies / other service providers in connection with changes in ticket prices / airport tax / fuel surcharge /
travel insurance / hotel / tipping / visa processing fees, etc.
8. Prices listed are prices based on low season. For travel departures during peak season conditions apply to
price deviation, adjusted for confirmation from airlines, hotels where to stay and other related matters.
9. Participants who are late in providing visa requirements from the deadline determined by btravelink Tour &
Travel will result in participants not being able to leave on time because their visa applications are still being
processed by the Embassy. Negligence in this matter is beyond the authority of the Tour & Travel operator in
the event of a cancellation of departure due to a late visa process.
10. For applicants who are over 70 years old or have limited limb function or sensory or mental limitations,
they must be accompanied by a family member, friend or relative who will be responsible for the tour.

11. Participants are willing to fulfill the complete document requirements according to the schedule and
conditions from the embassy of the destination country. Visa fees must still be paid even if the visa is not
approved by the embassy, as well as if there are other costs such as cancellation of hotels, trains and or plane
tickets that occur due to a deadline that is not necessarily in accordance with the completion time of the visa
process from the embassy, as well as other tour costs it will be charged to the tour participants.
12. Visa approval is fully a regulation / right of the embassy of the relevant country to approve / vice versa. Not
the prerogative of Tour & Travel operators.
13. If the visa application is rejected, while the ticket has been issued before the visa application is approved,
due to necessity in connection with the deadline determined by the airline (airlines), the visa fee is non-
refundable and participants are still subject to cancellation and administrative fines in accordance with the
conditions related to the airlines , hotels and agents abroad.

14. The cost of purchasing airplane, train and other transportation tickets and unused accommodation is non-
refundable.
15. Economy class international flight tickets (non-refundable, non-endorsable, non-reroutable based on group
ticket prices or other promotional prices).
16. Accommodation, staying at a hotel starting from level *3 with the provision of 2 (two) people in one room
(Twin Sharing). If you want a single room, you will be charged an additional fee (Single Supplement). For
frugal / budget travel packages with homestay / hostel / villa / camping / Air B&B / apartment class
accommodation, the provisions are sharing accommodation according to the conditions and situation as well
as the agreement with the participants.
17. If the prospective tour participant is unable/sick before the scheduled departure date, the
refund/cancellation fee will refer to the cancellation clause.

18. If there are services in the package that are not used by the participants due to absence or illness during
the trip, the participants are not entitled to demand a refund.
19. For tour participants who are not allowed to enter or are subject to deportation by the immigration of the
local country (even though they already have a visa), or are refused by the airline, or are on their way suffering
from illness, or have a mental disorder, or on the way have an accident, which forced to return or deviate from
the trip that has been determined in the tour program, or forced to cancel part/almost the entire trip after
departure, is not entitled to a refund or any other form of return for services that have not been or are not
used.
20. Tour & Travel operators and all agents are not responsible and cannot be prosecuted for:
