MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

WITH A
UNILATERAL AGREEMENT OF SHARING SCHEME

This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT with a Unilateral Agreement of sharing scheme is entered into, by and
between, the following involved parties to wit;

1. That FIRST PARTY refers to the Lot Owner represented by MR. JAIME DE GUZMAN of Barangay # 43
TEBAG MANGALDAN, PANGASINAN.
2. That SECOND PARTY refers to the FINANCER MR. CHRISTOPHER BALBUENA of Dagupan City and MR.
RODOLFO GUTLAY of MAASIN MANGALDAN PANGASINAN.
3. That THIRD PARTY refers to the TREASURE HUNTER GROUP ROGELIO PERERAS , DANILO PATRICIO
, ONING RICO , JAIME DE GUZMAN JR , _________________________ , __________________________ ,
___________________________ , ________________________________
4. That FIRST PARTY allows THIRD PARTY to conduct the scanning / detection and excavation / dredging
manually or utilizing heavy equipment / machineries whenever necessary to fast track operation.
5. The SECOND PARTY is responsible to look for a house for the FIRST PARTY in order to vacate the project site
by giving cash Php33, 000 including the demolition of the room of their son.
6. That a UNILATERAL AGREEMENT OF SHARING SCHEME shall be computed as follows:

A. LOT OWNER 40%

B. FINANCER
60%
C. TREASURE HUNTER GROUP
D. NEGOTIATOR
E. TOTAL 100%

7. That this MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT shall not expire unless the TREASURE HUNTER GROUP AND
FINANCER gives notice of surrender or quit the operation.
8. That upon any violation of either parties of the provisions stipulated herein, this MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT with UNILATERAL OF SHARING SCHEME shall be considered a BREACH OF CONTRACT.
9. That upon after successful or unsuccessful operation, the FINANCER AND TREASURE HUNTER GROUP
shall return the natural set of soil condition of the lot.
