Conditions

• If the customer has not activated a base package/an add-on or the relevant quota/ validity
period is expired customer shall be charged at the below pre-defined base rate for Voice
and Data usage
Voice – Rs. 1.50/per Minute
Data – Rs. 0.072/per MB

• CPE maintenance policy including the replacement of CPE.

SLT will provide lifetime maintenance for the CPE provided by SLT. In case the CPE is faulty it
is replaced with a CPE with similar capabilities. Providing new device or a refurbished device is
decided based on device availability by SLT. Priority to be given to replacement by refurbish
devices.
With whatever replacement method used SLT will make sure that the customer is provided with
the same services provided beforehand.
