Admissions Under In-house Quota Science

Fergusson Jr. College has six grantable (Aided college) divisions and one non-grant (Unaided
college) division for Science Stream, each division, having capacity of 120 seats.

From these seats, as per the government norms, 10% seats i.e. 72 seats for aided and 12 seats
for unaided division are available for In-house quota.

❖ Only those students who have appeared for SSC Examination from the school of
Deccan Education Society are eligible to apply for In-house quota in Fergusson
College. In-house quota admissions will be done on the basis of merit and other
government guidelines.

❖ Before filling the In-House admission form, it is compulsory for the student to select
“YES” option in Centralized Admission form for “In-house Quota admission”

❖ While filling the application form for In-House quota admission, a student will have to
upload a copy of following documents :
1. Mark sheet of standard X board examination.
2. Centralized Admission Form Part 1
3. Centralized Admission Form Part 2
4. Centralized In-House quota form if filled.
5. Caste certificate if applicable.
6. Supporting certificate for any other special reservation if applicable.

To fill the application form for In-house Quota admission, please

follow the procedure given below:
Note: To apply for both Science Grantable and Science Non-grant college, a student will
have to follow the procedure twice and fill the two application forms separately.

1. Click on the link - https://registration.deccansociety.org/CollegeHome/Index/FJCP

2. Click on ‘Register Now’ as shown below.
3. In the next screen enter email id, mobile number and student name and create the
password. Click on ‘REGISTER’ button.

4. A student will get a login id and password on the given mobile number and email id.
5. Go to ‘STUDENT LOGIN’. Use the login id and password which is sent to you and click
on ‘SIGN IN’. Refer the following picture.

6. Rules and Regulations page will be displayed. Read it carefully.

7. Click on ‘Continue’ button.
8. On the next screen, on left side various links are available to enter Personal Details,
Contact Details etc. Click on each link, fill up the details and then click on ‘Save &
Next’ every time.
9. Fill up all the details. Upload the required documents.
10. In ‘Confirm Registration’ link, before confirming you can see the ‘Preview’ of your
form.
11. Lastly click on ‘Print Application’ and save the softcopy of the application form .
