Subject:- Preliminary Design Submission and Presentation

Dear scholars as we discussed in class yesterday the design presentation and submission date was to be
correspond from December 18 2022 to Saturday December 24 2022 design and drawings to be submit and
the presentation will be doing on Sunday December 25 2022.
The preliminary design submission is consider the following major design points;-
I. Site plan and analysis
II. Concept development and concept.
III. Floor plans
IV. Sections
V. Elevations
VI. 3D views
VII. Individual site and building model
VIII. Group site model

Important notes:-
1. The design submission will be on Saturday December 24 2022 in afternoon from 5.00 PM
(11.00 PM local time) to 6.00PM (12.00 PM local time).
2. Students will be collect the design drawings and pin up on the board on Sunday December 25
2022 at 8.00AM (2.00Am local time)
3. The design presentation will be on Sunday December 25 2022 in the morning star from 9.00AM
(3.00 AM local time)
4. All drawings are make in A1 size with appropriate scale.
5. Students keep and use the attached drawing title block format.
6. Late submission is not allowed; keep your time
