view. Drawings to demonstrate the application of special study. Study 07.04.2022
models to demonstrate the site planning and building design and rough
draft of the dissertation report may be presented.
 SUBMISSION OF DISSERTATION:
Submission requirements:
(1) Dissertation report: Three copies, each copy containing all the
drawings printed on A3 size papers bounded as fold-outs. The reports
should have hard black cover with section binding – Spiral binding will
not be accepted.
(2) Synopsis: Two copies, not exceeding ten pages each, including three
important drawings.
(3) Drawings:
(a) Location map of the site, site plan in small scale showing the

immediate surroundings and natural and manmade features.
(b) Site plan and site section drawn to suitable scale and a perspective
view of the site.
(c) Plan elevation and section of the buildings taken up for detail
design drawn to 1:100 scale.
(d) One interior and one exterior.
4) Models:

A site model and a detail model of a building taken up for detail design
to suitable scales. Dissertation reports, synopsis and drawings are to be
submitted by 11.00 A.m. Models may be brought to the Viva-Voce

NOTE
(1). Drawings and models meant for all reviews are required to be submitted on the day
before the review.

(2). It is mandatory for the students to have at least one discussion per week with their
respective guides.

(3). Students are required to maintain work dairy and produce the same in order to attend the
review.
