A. Reviewing Activity:
previous lesson or Directions: Let the learners close their eyes and do the breathing exercise. While
presenting the new they close their eyes, let them imagine something that makes them feel happy and
lesson peaceful and comfortable and have them share it to the whole class.

E. Discussing new Directions: The class will be divided into two groups. Each group must choose one
concept and different representative to answer every round. In this activity, there are statements
practicing new which will be posted and they will identify what health dimension is being

given the chance to answer and earn a point. After getting the correct answer, he or
she or other member of the group will explain why it is the right answer.

F. Developing Lights Camera Action!
Mastery Directions: This will be a role play activity. Together with the same group, they are
going to demonstrate the concept of the dimensions of health based on their
experience. Each group will be assigned with a specific dimension of health that
they’re going to portray.
J. Additional Choose one craft from Luzon that was discussed and write atleast three
