Vitamin D Deficiency is becoming a usual case in most of our employees at HOF now a days.

What is vitamin D Deficiency?

Vitamin D deficiency occurs when the body doesn't get enough vitamin D from sunlight or diet
In adults, severe vitamin D deficiency leads to osteomalacia. Osteomalacia causes weak bones, bone pain, and
muscle weakness.
What happens when your vitamin D is really low?
"Most patients with vitamin D deficiency are asymptomatic, however if you're exhausted, your bones hurt, you
have muscle weakness or mood changes, that's an indication that something may be abnormal with your body
Here are five signs to watch out for:

 Fatigue. Feeling fatigued and sluggish is probably the most common sign of vitamin D deficiency,

 Broken Bones and Stress Fractures.

 Low Immunity.

 Muscle Pain and Achiness.

 Hair Loss.

How can I increase my vitamin D levels quickly?

Sunlight is the best way to increase your Vitamin D levels naturally. Due to this reason, Vitamin D is sometimes
referred to as "Sunshine Vitamin." To get the best out of it, you should spend atleast 15 to 20 minutes under the
sun. Make sure the sunlight touches your skin for the designated amount of time.

Since we are getting to work in the morning and getting out in the afternoon, we are not getting the necessary
sunlight for our body. So every of should us manage our lunch time to get a sun light by giving time for our
health as much as possible.
