BACKGROUND
Basically everyone would want a clean and healthy face,
because the appearance always looks at someone's face. Many
people who have experienced premature aging, because they do
not maintain the health of their faces. Among them are rarely
wash your face, use skin care that is not right, sleep with make up,
drink less water, rarely do facial massage, and others.
A good lifestyle will help maintain a healthy body, especially
for our faces that become transmitters of aura. Therefore avoid
bad habits that can be detrimental to our body, and change those
bad habits into good habits. So, the health of our faces will be
maintained and avoid premature aging.
FACIAL SKIN CARE FROM THE OUTSIDE
1. Avoid direct sunlight
Because sunlight can damage our skin if it is exposed to 20 minutes of
exposure.
2. Use skin care that suits your skin type
There are several types of our skin, so we should use skin care that is in
accordance with the condition of our facial skin so as not to cause
allergies.
3. Routinely cleanse your face every day
After finishing the activity, our faces must have been exposed to pollution
outside and the face will look dull because a lot of dust impurities stick to
our faces. Then wash your face at least twice a day.
4. Routine facial massage
Not only by washing your face, your face will feel refreshed. But do a
facial massage after cleaning it for at least 10 minutes a day.

1. Drink enough water
Our skin needs water to help skin health.
2. Eat healthy foods
The skin really needs the content of food that can help the formation of
collagen from inside such as vitamins and proteins.
3. Avoid taking drugs
Drugs can affect the health of the skin from the inside because it will damage
the inner tissue, and will make the skin aging.
4. Exercise
Not only with massage, exercising also helps maintain healthy skin because
when we dry it we release substances that are no longer needed in our skin.
5. Sleep Enough
Sleep can help relax facial skin, then with good sleep our skin will rest well
too.
