Sleeping plays an important role in out daily life. It is the only time that we can
rest after a hard day. To have a nice sleep, you should follow these steps. To
begin with, you are advised to be comfortable before going to bed. This basic
activity will improve the quality of your sleep. Then, you wont be tired and
have more energy for the next day. Secondly, you should have a long and
enough sleep. It wwill help you to improve your health and avoid some
diseases such as cancer, short-eye tearm, heart attack and so on, …. If you stay
up late, the risk of death will quickly increase. Moreover,sleeping position is
really important. Having the wrong sleeping position will hurt your back and
neck. Therefore, you will be lack of energy for the next day. In conclusion,
sleeping is the most important activity in our day, so we should have a nice
