How to lead a happy and healthy life

In my opinion there is a connection between a healthy and happy life. If you are healthy, you will be
happier. Let’s talk about some things which can improve your lifestyle.

Firstly, sleep seven to eight hours per night. If you x sleep less than it could x affect your mood, your
motivation and energy negatively. Getting quality sleep is essential for a healthy life.

Secondly, get regular exercises. Do some sporty activities every day. Personally, I’m not a sporty
person, I don’t really like sports, but I do some exercises, because these activities reduce stress and
strengthens our muscles and helps your bodywork more efficiently during other physical tasks.

Last, but not least, in the 21st century there are a lot of news around us. Reading news is an
important way to stay connected to what’s happening in the world. Unfortunately, you can read a lot
of unnecessary news which raise you stress level, and you will lose the focus. Try to minimize the
time you spend with news reading.

Maybe in the future I will be do more sports to be a sportier person. Overall, I think I x lead a happy
and healthy lifestyle and I want to keep it.
