Exhaust gas thermometers

Engine type This bulletin concerns WÄRTSILÄ® Vasa 14, 22, 22/26, 24, 32, 32LN,
WÄRTSILÄ® 32DF, 32GD, 32LNGD and 46 engines.

General Exhaust gas thermometers delivered with engines or as spare parts before
1996 may contain mercury and should be treated as hazardous waste in
accordance with local regulations when disposed of. Please contact local
authorities for more information and instructions.

Other thermometers (water, oil etc.) do not contain mercury.
