Comes now the undersigned Geodetic Engineer from Brgy. Flores, San Manuel,
Pangasinan having a contract with the PEZA Pasay City, respectfully submit this report in
compliance with its Contract dated Dec. 27, 2012.
That, on Dec. 28, 2012, two (3) members of my survey team, and myself, proceed
in the vicinity of the subject lot, identified as Lot 122-E-1-A-1, Psd-035401-049894,
situated in Pulong Maragul, Angeles City, Pampanga, containing an area of 352,026 Square
Meters issued in the name of Export Processing Zone Authority.
That, before executing the Relocation Survey, as a routine procedure, both parties
are well informed to the person in charge “ Mr. Jun Napenas”, to have a Relocation Survey
in the Property of the Export Processing Zone Authority.
That, we started my work at 9:04 a.m. of the 29 th day of Dec. 2012 with the usual
and different activities in the determining the position, direct and indirect observation as
well as actual ground measurement as;
COMMON POINT:
o By Traverse Observation using Total Station by observing the Old
Corners existing in the area like old PS, Old Conc. Post of the Fence,
living edible fruit tree not less than 15 cm dia., points on masonry or
concrete wall as stated in Sec. 269 and 270 of the Revised Manual of
Land Surveying Regulation in the Philippines DENR ADMINISTRATIVE
ORDER No. 98-12.
o By checking the position at least three well defined permanently
monumented corners of the previous survey as stated in sec. 433-440
of the Revised Manual of Land Surveying Regulation in the Philippines
DENR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 98-12.
ELEVATION:
o Using the instrument GPS RTK, by observing following Geodetic
Control Points :
o PMG-1
right 03.10 turn left 03.40 Turn right 03.60 Turn left. On the
left side is A. G. Tinio Elem. School, Bagong Silang, Capaya II
04.60 Turn left (Dirt Road) 05.40 Turn right 05.90 Station PMG-
1, Location. At the left end of the overpass, going to Bo.
Tubasa. Station mark is 0.15 m. x 0.01 m. diameter brass rod
set in a drilled hole in concrete sidewall of the expressway
village overpass, with cement patty and inscribed with station
name. Reference mark is RM No. 1 and 2 are standard concrete
blocks set 60 cm. below ground surface and inscribed with
station name and RM number. RM-3 is a 0.15 m. x 0.01 m.
diameter brass rod embedded on concrete railing and inscribed
with station name and RM number. RM-4 is a 0.15 m. x 0.01 m.
diameter brass rod embedded on concrete rip-rap with station
name and RM number.

The station is located 100 meters after Nievo Vista Ville on the
right side of the road going to Angeles City and 50 meters from
the waiting shed.

2. As a result of the Relocation there are no recovered monuments but the some
corners have the old fence recovered as identify enumerated as follows:
fence near the foot trail going to the adjoining lot claimed by Carlota
Besa, no monument found and replace with standard cylindrical concrete
monument marked PS and painted with red color;
From line 13-14-15 and 16 is a concrete fence, corner 14, 15, and 16
are no monuments found but in the concrete post of the fence corner 14,
15, and 16 are found to be in correct position with allowable errors place
with a concrete nail spike on the post and painted with red color;
corners 17,18, and 19 is on the rice field cultivated by ROMY MENDOZA
no monument are found and the fence are out of place, replace with
standard cylindrical concrete monument marked PS and painted with red
color;
corner 20 of boundary is no monuments found place with concrete nail
spike on the concrete masonry one meter (1.00 m) away from the
concrete fence and painted with red color;
from line 20 to 21 is a concrete fence, the fence 29.79 m from corner 20
is not in the correct position of the fence and the rest toward corner 21 is
in the correct position with the allowable errors, corner 21 of boundary is
on the concrete fence and found to be in correct position with allowable
errors spike in the wall with concrete nail and painted with red color;
from line 21 to 22 is a concrete fence found to be in correct position with
the allowable errors but the distance is short by 1.45 m. corner 13 is
replace with standard cylindrical concrete monument marked PS, 1.45
m. from the concrete post and marked red arrow paint;
from corner 14 to 21 is in 0.80 m to 0.40 m away on back of the concrete
fence respectively no monument found and replace with standard
cylindrical concrete monument marked PS, and also an arrow red paint is
in the wall of fence;
from line 21 to 22 the concrete fence is on the line and found to be in the
correct position and with allowable errors, corner 22 is a concrete post
found to be in correct with the allowable error spike with concrete nail
and pain with red color;
from line 22 to 23 is a concrete fence is found to be in correct position
and with the allowable errors, corner 23 is on the concrete post of the
fence replace with the standard cylindrical concrete monument marked
PS, 0.20 m. away or back of the fence, painted with red color;
from line 23 to 24 is a concrete fences but not in correct position, the
corner 24 in replace with the standard cylindrical concrete monument
marked PS, 3.00 m. away or back of the corner of the concrete post of
the fence;
from line 24 to 25 is a concrete fence but not in correct position, the
corner 25 is place along the concrete fence no monument found and
replace with standard cylindrical concrete monument marked PS and
paint with red color;
corner 26 is place on the opposite side of the creek 1.00 m. beside of the
municipal boundary monument ( no number), replace with concrete nail
spike on the concrete retaining wall of the creek painted with red color;
NOTE:
ALLOWABLE ERROR means “not more than 10.00 cm. error
difference from the actual position of the existing corner.
4. On the northern portion of the Lot is eroded by the creek, and some of the
informal settlers are occupied the Lot and also on the north eastern part of the
lot is and existing main road and some of the informal settlers are occupied by
them, see plan for more details;
5. On the southern portion of the lot is a concrete fence, and on the south western
part of the lot is also occupied with the informal settlers, also a creek and
waterway, roads are located in this part, see also plan for more details;
6. On the western part of this lot is a concrete fence where the North Expressway
was located, see plan for more details.
