HOW I SPENT MY CHRISTMAS HOLIDAy

A holiday is a period when school and work are suspended .A Christmas holiday is
when school and work are suspended for the birth of Jesus Christ and to spend time with family
and friends

I usually travel for my Christmas holiday but this year is different because my
grandma came down instead. It is always nice to have my very prayerful and loving grandma
around.

Hence, I spent most of the holidays indoors. My daddy got me Scrabble, and Monopoly games
which I enjoyed playing with my brother and cousin. We also did play our Xbox where I enjoyed
football games.

Grandma being a prayerful woman will invite us to pray the Rosary with her and a few time we
prayed the 3 o’clock divine Mercy prayer and the Angelus.

As an alter server, I served the on Christmas and New year day for the first time, it was a
wonderful experience, I haven’t experience so much joy and excitement.

In no time , it was resumption at the corner and my daddy pressed on me to begin to prepare
myself for school.

Although, this was the first time in years that I didn’t travel for Christmas but it was a really nice
experience and I enjoyed every bit of it.
