RE: NOTICE OF RESIGNATION

With reference to the above, with much regret, I would like to inform that I am resigning as a kitchen staff
by giving the company’s 1 month notice as to adhere to the contract of employment effective from 4th
August 2023. My last day of employment will be on 4th September 2023.

My tenure with TCRS has been memorable experience and the knowledge and skills acquired are priceless.
Therefore, I would like to extend my sincere thanks for the support, guidance and assistance given to me. I
will surrender all company belongings currently in my possession to you.
