Dear Nur Syahirah,

Please accept this letter as notice of my resignation from my position as teacher at TAP Uniten. It is with
a heavy heart that I submit my resignation 1 month notices effective 31 th of January 2023. Thank you for
the past months at TAP Uniten have been wonderful. I have gained lots of knowledge and experience
from our team.
The reason for my resignation is I got offer to continue study in Diploma Pendidikan Lepasan Ijazah
(DPLI) at IPG Besut. My last day at TAP Uniten will be on 28 th of February 2023. I would be happy to
meet with you at your convenience to discuss the transition of my duties to my successor.
I wish the company and all its employees much success in the coming years.
