Application for the Post of Electrical Engineer
I writing in response to the advertisement for the Electrical Engineer with your company as
advertised in Jobstreet on 24 February 2022.
I will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from University
Malaysia Terengganu in January 2023. I currently have a 3.9 GPA and have been on Dean’s
list every semester. As an Electronic and Instrumentation student has acquired a lot of skills in
creating proper scheduling that is parallel with the company’s goals and execute them just as
what had been written down. Some of the courses I enrolled in such as Measurement, Electric
Machine, and Modern Instrumentation System have given me strong background and insights
into competent in providing the right details and information about the equipment and
instrumentation that will be used.
I have worked part-time as a kitchen helper at AR Kerjaya, Kuantan in 2021. As a kitchen
helper, I was responsible for distributing the portion of the food fairly. I have been working as
a cashier at Guardian Kuantan City Mall, Kuantan for four months and a cashier at Supermarket
BS Freshmart Sdn Bhd, Pekan, Pahang for six months. In addition to my usual duties as the
cashier, I was responsible for ensuring pricing is correct and maintaining check-out operations.
You will notice from my resume that I have been involved in my club course for 3 years and
an Exco And Alumni Relation Exco of the SRM Youth club at university for one semester, I
have gained a very strong determination, capabilities, courage, and confidence in carrying out
my duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision. I am sure that my academic
background, together with my technical expertise and passion for electronics and instruments
would be extremely relevant to that position.
