ROAD SEPARATION:
 Maximum road distance inside the site presented is
138mts so the maximum width of the road can 30 feet
 An axial road of 40 feet is also presented inside the
layout to control the traffic inside the layout
 The maximum splay inside the site should be around
1.5mx1.5m or 3.0mx3.0m depending upon the width of
the road presented
 For the EWS up to 15 feet if there were more than four
plot existing inside the site
OSR DEVELOPMENT:
 10% of the existing site excluding roads should be given
to government for recreation purposes from the site if
the ground exceeds 10,000 square metres
EWS DEVELOPMENT:
 The total saleable area from the plot 10% of it should be
used for EWS plots with sub divisional roads
