Safety first! Remember to wear a mask, eye, and ear protection while
cutting and sanding wood. Do not use any tools without proper training,
precautions, and/or supervision. Read my full terms of use here.

STEP 1.
Cut pieces and drill pocket holes as follows:
(3) pocket holes on the ends of each 2" x 4" x 25" piece
(3) pocket holes on the ends of each 2" x 4" x 53" piece

STEP 2.
Attach the longer (53") aprons to the 30" legs using 2 1/2" pocket hole
screws. You should have two sets that will form the length of the
table's base.

STEP 3.
Attach the (4) 25" shorter aprons and internal support pieces using 2
1/2" pocket hole screws to complete the table's base.

STEP 4.
Use a hole saw bit to drill a hole in the center of the table top's middle
board. A 1 1/2" hole saw bit fits most common umbrellas.

STEP 5.
Create the table top by gluing and clamping the Brazilian walnut in
place. Then, from the underside of the table, screw the boards to the
table's 25" aprons to hold the boards in place. (You could use a nail gun
to nail the boards in place from the top. However, I didn't want any
blemishes on the table's top.)

STEP 6.
Fill any holes or knots in the base with wood filler. Finish with an
outdoor finish; I used a coat of primer and then two coats of Behr
Opaque Outdoor Stain in white. Oil the Brazilian walnut for superior
protection.
