Dear Sir,

Reference to your letter cited above, I would like to inform you that the Garden is passing
through severe financial crunch and has been making loss for past several years and inspite of such
difficulties the Garden Management is making concerted efforts to fullfill all the aspirations.

Kindly find herein below point wise riposte:

1. The permanent worker strength is being maintained at maximum.


2. The labour quarters are being maintained as per permanent family strength of the garden.
3. No increment in donation for 15 th August and 26th Jan will be entertained at this point of
time.
4. The Management will look into the matter.
5. The PPE will be provided as per prevailing practice and industrial agreement.
6. The Sub-Staff strength is being maintained at maximum and no new or additional
appointments will be given.
7. The Management will look into the matter.
8. The Management will look into the matter of firewood compensation.
9. Staff strength is being maintained to the maximum and no additional or new appointment
will be given at this point of time. The Management will look into the matter when new
vacancy arises following all procedures and rules of Appointment.
10. Anyone desiring to avail electricity connection has to approach APDCL for the same and help
will be provided from the Management.
11. The Permanent Hazira to the Garden Pujari is not possible and such practices will not be
entertained.
12. The labour quarters are being maintained as per permanent family strength of the garden.
13. Gratuity is being cleared in time, however the PF delays are from ATPPF office.
14. DLI is being cleared in time whoever is applying.
15. We are already providing Medical Facilities to all.
16. The labour quarters are being maintained as per permanent family strength of the garden.
No extra quarters will be entertained.
17. Staff strength is being maintained to the maximum and no additional or new appointment
will be given at this point of time. The Management will look into the matter when new
vacancy arises following all procedures and rules of Appointment.
18. The donation for Garden puja will be provided as per past practice and Management’s
discretion and availability of funds.
19. We have already provided all game equipments to club.
20. We already have Crech House as per PLA.
21. Dry Tea will be provided as per industrial agreement.
22. The Management will look into the matter when the financial condition of the company
stabilizes.
23. The Management will do the needful phasewise in due course of time.
24. Labour line drains are being cleared in regular intervals.
25. The Management will look into the matter.
26. The quality of Chappal and Blanket provided after due verification by ACMS.
27. The Management will do the needful for providing safe drinking water.
