One Year Post Diploma Training Program

SUBJECT: Selection as Trainee Technician for One-Year Post Diploma Training Program,
Session 2018-2019, at CHASCENT, Mianwali

Dear Mr. Roll. No.:

The undersigned is directed to inform you that you have been selected for placement as Trainee
Technician at CHASNUPP Centre of Nuclear Training (CHASCENT), Chashma Nuclear Power
Plant, Mianwali, at a fixed stipend of Rs. 12,500/- p.m. subject to the following terms and
conditions:-

i. You will be on training at CHASCENT for a period of one year.

ii. You will be provided free bachelor accommodation subject to availability.
iii. You will be provided hospitalization facility at CHASHNUPP panel hospitals only, if
need arises.
iv. On successful completion of your prescribed training, if you are offered a job, you
will be appointed at any PAEC Establishment, anywhere in Pakistan, as a regular employee in
SPS-4 (Rs.:21100-1300-60100). You will be on probation for a period of one year. After
appointment you may avail house rent allowance and other allowances as admissible under
PAEC rules.
v. You will be required to fill and bring with you a bond for a minimum of three years
service in PAEC after completion of the training as per 2(ii). This condition of bond will be
applicable only if you are offered a job in PAEC
vi. In other matters, you will be governed by such orders and regulations as enforced
from time to time and you will have no claim for compensation in consequence of any change
that may be ordered by the Government / PAEC.
vii. You will not directly correspond with any local or foreign individual/agency/scientific
establishment/office/university etc. for fellowship, studies, financial support for studies, and
scholarship/training in any form or employment without obtaining permission of the competent
authority in writing.
viii. Official family accommodation may not be available for several years.

02. Before you are allowed to join as a Trainee Technician, you will be required to produce the
following documents:-

i. Medical Fitness Certificate from PAEC Medical Center/Hospital.

ii. A duly executed bond on Rs. 50/= Stamp paper (Sample of Deed is attached).
Please type Deed on non-judicial stamp paper. In case your performance during training is not
found satisfactory or you do not successfully complete your training within the specified
period, your placement as Trainee will be terminated forthwith subject to fulfillment of the
obligations of the Bond by you. The Bond documents may be got attested by 1st Class
Magistrate.

iii. Two copies of valid CNIC of all concerned i.e.

Trainee/Surety/Sponsor/Executant/Witness duly attested by a gazetted Government Officer.

iv. Marks Sheets/Certificates of Matric, Diploma and B.Sc. in original along with
two attested copies of each.

v. Two attested copies of Nationality/Domicile Certificate.

vi. Two Character Certificates in original from two different persons (one from the
Head of the Department of Institute/College last attended and another from a first class
Government Servant not related to you.)

 vii. Ten (10) passport size photographs and 06 photographs of the size 1 x 1 ½ “with
name and registration number on the back”.

viii. Proper clearance and release documents from your employer, if applicable.

ix. A copy of this letter after signing the Certificate given below.
03. During training period you will be paid a fixed stipend @ Rs.12,500/- p.m. as already advertised.
However, it is made clear that no stipend will be paid / released until you fulfill all the advertised
criteria including completion of your documents. Even so, it might take some time before you get
the first installment of your stipend; therefore, you are advised to bring a minimum amount of Rs.
15,000/- to meet your essential expenses for the initial period of 06-08 weeks.
04. You are advised to bring with you a pillow, bed sheet, towel, blanket/quilt etc.
05. We have sent your security clearance forms to the concerned Government Agencies. Your training
may be terminated at any stage and offer of appointment withdrawn if an adverse report is
furnished about you from any of these agencies. Moreover, after completion of the training, you
will be appointed in PAEC as a regular employee only after all of your security clearances have
been received.
06. Every effort is being made to dispatch this letter on the postal address as you have provided; this
office does not accept any liability for late or non delivery of this letter.
07. This offer is subject to final security clearance and submission of required documents.
08. If you are prepared to accept the offer of placement on the above terms & conditions, then you
should report for joining at CHASCENT at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2018. You
should reach CHASCENT Fellows Hostel, Ding Bridge, Near POL Gate, Chashma, Distt:
Mianwali and contact the following persons for receiving and onward transportation:
