Heightening the level of professional competence of the teaching personnel in the Division, prioritizing professional development for teachers based on DepEd Memo No 50, 8. 2020, and addressing the competency development needs of our teacher based on the result of Division Learning and Development Needs Analysis necessitate our Division to provide competency development training-workshop for teachers focusing on the four PPST Domains, this Office will conduct 2022 Division Competency Development Training-Workshop for Teachers on the Four PPST Indicators on November 3-5, 2022 at Marcelo H. Del Pilar National High School for Batch 1 participants and CMIS Sto Rosario for Batch 2 participants at 8:00AM - 5:00PM. 2. This NEAP recognized training-workshop aims (o develop the competencies among teaching personnel by establishing learning environments that are responsive to learner diversity, applying a variety of assessment tools and strategies in monitoring, evaluating, documenting and reporting learners’ needs, progress and achievement, and valuing personal growth and professional development and exhibit high personal regard for the profession by maintaining qualities that uphold the dignity of teaching such as caring attitude, respect and integrity. 3.
