When do you use the present perfect?

I have lived in Veracruz since 1990 (He vivido en Veracruz desde 1990)

They have gone to swim twice a week (Ellos han ido a nadar dos veces a la semana)

presente

She has visited that museum several times (Ella ha visitado ese museo varias veces)

4. La acción concluyó recientemente. Para este uso de usa just.

He has just finished his homework (Él apenas terminó su tarea)

We haven’t watched Titanic (Nosotros no hemos visto Titanic)

What do you have to know to form the present perfect?

1.2.2 2. Questions and short answers using FOR, SINCE, con

EVER, NEVER, JUST, RECENTLY and ALREADY.
When do you use the following expressions: FOR, SINCE, con EVER, NEVER, JUST,
RECENTLY and ALREADY.

a) Just (apenas)
b) Already (ya)
c) Yet (todavía, ya)
d) For (desde hace/hace)
e) Since (desde)
f) Ever (alguna vez)
g) How long (cuánto tiempo, cuánto tiempo hace que)
Ejemplos del present perfect con estos adjetivos:
I have just finished my exam (Apenas terminé mi examen)
He has already washed the dishes (Él ya lavó los platos)
The teacher has not corrected the homework yet (La profesora no ha corregido la tarea
todavía)
They have been in a relationship for 12 years (Ellos han estado en una relación por 12 años)

ANYONE, EVERYONE AND NO ONE.

ANYONE, EVERYONE AND NO ONE?

Anybody Everybody Nobody Somebody

cualquier cosa Todo nada Algo
We use indefinite pronouns to refer to people or things without saying exactly who or what
they are.

Universidad Nicaragüense de Ciencia y Tecnología

We use pronouns ending in -body or -one for people, and pronouns ending in -thing
for things:

Everybody enjoyed the concert.

I opened the door but there was no one at home.
It was a very clear day. We could see everything.
We use a singular verb after an indefinite pronoun:
Everybody loves Sally.
Everything was ready for the party.

When we refer back to an indefinite pronoun, we normally use a plural pronoun:

Everybody enjoyed the concert. They stood up and clapped.
I will tell somebody that dinner is ready. They have been waiting a long time.
In negative clauses, we use pronouns with no-, not pronouns with any-:
Nobody came. (NOT Anybody didn't come.)

We do not use another negative in a clause with nobody, no one or nothing:

Nobody came. (NOT Nobody didn't come.)
Nothing happened. (NOT Nothing didn't happen.)
We can add 's to an indefinite pronoun to make a possessive:
They were staying in somebody's house.
Is this anybody's coat?

We use else after indefinite pronouns to refer to other people or things:

All the family came, but no one else.
If Michael can't come, we'll ask somebody else.
I think this is somebody else's coat.
