Length of time with employer:
Q10 How satisfied are you with your job? Satisfaction rises year on year with length of
time with employer. The first two years,
satisfaction is 46%, rising to 60% in years 3-5
and again to 64% in years 6-10. It then falls to
57% for 10+ years.

are less satisfied (54%) than full-time ‘remote’
