1. Time of Agricultural E-commerce appear

According to Decision 1034 of the Ministry of Information and Communications

=> Online conference was held on August 11, 2021 (Hanoi),

supporting Agricultural products on the E-commerce floor &
promoting agriculture's digital economy.

Vietnam E-commerce Association: "VN's E-commerce growth rate is at the

highest level in Southeast Asia, about 15-16%. Most of VN's E-commerce
platforms are among the top 10 largest exchanges in Southeast Asia".

Agricultural E-commerce: potential, helping farmers connect,

promote agricultural products & expand consumption markets.
Owned by the Vietnam Post Corporation (VNPost)
and advertised by the Vietnamese Government.

Launched in 2019.

The bridge between suppliers & consumers across the country.

The leading E-commerce platform in programs to support

farmers, as well as agricultural households in the transportation
and consumption of Vietnamese agricultural products.

 3. ACHIEVEMENTS
The Ministry of Information and Communications: "After
only 6 months of implementing the 1034 decision, on E-
commerce floors Voso and PostMart, there has more than
5 million agricultural production households put their
products for sale in here".

The government web portal: "Until October 13, 2022,

the sale of products on E-commerce floors has
contributed to helping the cooperative consume 500-
700kg of vegetables & fruits/day; Revenue reaches
18-20 billion VND/year".
 Some locality highlights:
Lang Son: The province now has more than 202,000 selling
accounts, more than 115,000 buying accounts on the E-commerce
platforms postmart.vn and voso.vn, bringing 19,438 turns of specialty
agricultural products to the online store. Sales on E-commerce
channels reached more than 13.7 billion VND.

Bac Giang: about 9,000 tons of Bac Giang lychee were sold with
nearly 1 million orders on 06 participating E-commerce floors
(excluding other online channels and social networks).

Compared to the traditional way of consuming products, putting
agricultural products on E-commerce floors allows farmers to
expand their consumption markets + Generates more Revenue.
