More recently from January 2020 PN post retirement came on board fully to Bala Mandir with
increased involvement and responsibility much more than he had been shouldering in the earlier
years.

PN’s personal contribution to the expansion of BaIa Mandir’s service to children in difficult

PN has taken a supportive lead in every activity of Bala Mandir and works closely with the
Executive members. In turn they find his forthright, disciplined and strict adherence to law and
admin. Rules, qualities to admire and respect. PN is ready to listen to the other’s point of view
and either convince them effectively with his own view or back off when in opposition - if he
feels it is in the better interest of harmony, but definitely because the service will eventually in

As Hon.Gen.Secretary of Bala Mandir pleasure to share how PN in the past decade and
