Overview of Machine Plant


Mesin Wire Bending adalah mesin yang paling umum digunakan dalam pemrosesan dan
pembuatan peralatan di berbagai industri. Pembuatan ini biasanya digunakan untuk
mendeformasi atau membengkokkan kawat. Mesin pembengkok kawat berarti membengkokkan
bagian logam menjadi bentuk melengkung atau miring dengan menerapkan gaya dan tekanan.

Umumnya untuk Mesin bending ini kebanyakan masih manual dan semi manual di skala bengkel
atau rumahan. untuk proses bending wire kebanyakan masih manual (tenaga manusia) dalam
pemrosesan dan ada beberapa yang telah menggunakan mesin secara otomatis, tetapi harga
mesin otomatis masih sangat mahal dipasaran. sehingga secara produktivitas kurang bisa
menghasilkan produk yang lebih efisien dibandingkan yang telah menggunakan bantuan motor.

Untuk mikrokontroler yang dipakai, Mesin menggunakan board Arduini uno/nano yang mudah
di cari di pasar, sehingga memudahkan untuk perawatan, suku cadang dan pengadaan.

Aktuator yang dipakai oleh mesin adalah Motor Stepper Nema 17 dengan driver DRV8825.

Keuntungan utama mesin bending kawat/wire adalah mesin yang dikendalikan oleh Arduino
dengan program yang sangat mudah dioperasikan dan harganya relatif murah. Ini membantu
menekuk kawat secara otomatis. Sebelumnya secara manual yang membengkokkan kabel
menghadapi masalah mendapatkan sudut yang tepat dan berbeda bentuk juga sulit untuk
membengkokkan lebih dari 10 kabel dalam waktu bersamaan karena berat membutuhkan lebih
banyak usaha dan waktu, jadi itulah mengapa merancang dan memproduksi mekanisme atau
mesin ini bisa untuk mengurangi resiko pekerja di tempat kerja.
