Spearmint-Honey Lemonade
Ingredients
• 5 fresh lemons
• 3 tablespoons honey or
honey substitute
• 1 litre of cold water
• 2 drops Spearmint
• Ice, mint leaves and lemon
wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Juice the lemons and add the
juice to a blender along with the
honey. Mix until smooth.
