I. Brief Job Description

Organize all interior sub-trades

Confirm the construction schedule with each building under construction and report findings
to Site Super
Receive final municipal occupancy inspection at a minimum of one week prior to home owner
closing
Ensure home is 100% complete for home owner walkthrough
Conduct walk through one week prior to home owner occupancy
Complete all deficiencies on home owner walk through before home owner occupancy
Coordinate with sub trades to have all sub trade deficiencies completed
Have home 100% complete for home owner upon occupancy
Hand over home to home owner on occupancy date
