Reminders
BEFORE RIH:
-10 K Load Cell Test. IN CASE OF ANY UNCERTANTIES/FAULTY READINGS - DO NOT MOVE WINCH BEFORE FIXING ISSUE. Post Cerberus Winchman Sheet. Use Z-WRAP CHART. ONLY 'LOW" SPEED DURING RIG UP
-Make sure your mechanical encoder, the hoist panel, and the logging system depths match.
BEFORE POOH:
-Stop at 200 ft coming out of the hole for safety meeting, regardless of service type. The FS/FE must take over hoisting duties while pulling tools to surface. NO DISTRACTIONS of ANY KIND
Torque Valve Procedure (adjust every 500 ft):
- Turn the valve anticklockwise until the hoist starts to slow down and then turn the valve about 1/2 turn clockwise
- Repeat this every 500 ft (150M)
