In complementary and salient administration of Senior High School in Notre Dame of Genio Edcor, Inc.,
We are deemed to comply and assure that our Graduating Seniors will meet the requirements as
stipulated under DepEd guidelines.

In pertinent to this, the Notre Dame of Genio Edcor, Inc. will be conducting a Work Immersion for our
Grade 12 graduating students as part of their curriculum and practicing their field of specialization most
especially those under the Tech-Voc strand which necessitates the need for actualization of real life
application and assessment of their learning and prepares them for qualification for the National
Certificate of TESDA.

The school shall cater 8 students per day which is appropriate enough to conduct the immersion with
utmost health regulation, protocols and standards as prescribed by the MIATF and DOH against COVID
19.

We have wrote you this letter for your assenting confirmatory of this request.We at NDGEI are here to
support the LGU in the continued safeguarding of our academic community. Our utmost support to your
