PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY
"You are here to make good things happen". This is my philosophy (or part of it) If you believe
your purpose in life is to make good things happen for the people in your world — those you love, those in
your community, and those beyond it.
You’re here to make the world better, one person and one action at a time. You believe your life won’t be
well-spent unless you have a positive impact on those around you.
All things in moderation, though. If you take on too much responsibility, you’ll always feel that it’s not
enough whatever you do. And you’ll burn out.

For me, you all did a great job on all of it because you were able to comply all of your works and
assignments here in the farm. The reason why my general rating to you is very satisfactory because it is not
just for your work but also towards your attitude in staying here in the techno-demo centre where you
obeyed the rules and regulations here. We're also glad because you left with no records of destruction to
any of our facility here. Therefore, I rate your overall performance excellent.

ENDORSEMENT LETTER
Sir/Madame:
We request that said form be accomplished and returned to this office upon
acceptance of our student. We are confident that given this opportunity, our student will
be an asset to your association.
Hoping for a favorable action regarding this matter. We are looking forward to a
more fruitful linkage with you.
The mock interview was a great chance for me because it was the real process of how
interviews are conducted in the real world. I took the time during this interview to see
how I actually conducted myself, paying attention to things like my body language and
how I conducted myself. It was my first time sitting in front of a professional who
questioned me about my strengths and weaknesses. At first, I found it difficult to
respond because I was also anxious, but eventually, it gave me a general idea of what to
expect during my upcoming interview process.
This interview actually boosts my confidence to the top. But then always prepare yourself
for the questions that you know you will be asked this way there will no issues of losing
confidence.

some fertilizer in the hole like worm poop. We planted a lot of seeds like pechay, batong, and sweet potato

baggings and put it beside the dragon fruit. After that we watered all the plants that we planted.

This afternoon, we had a seminar with Mr. Sandro Jumawan. He introduces us about what CHC agritech is,
CHC agritech is a Japanese technology with an all natural combination of effective and beneficial micro
organisms that delivers dramatic impact and sets new standards in agriculture and waste management.
After our discussion with Mr. Jumawan, I realized that with agriculture you can be a millionaire.

to IMO, group 2 FFJ, and our group was assigned to FPJ. Each group performed the process of making the
IMO, FFJ, and FPJ.
Day 5

continued our discussion about the remaining concoctions that we didn't tackled yesterday, which is the
Organic Herbal Nutrients (OHN), and Lactic Bacteria Syrum (LABS). After the discussion each group
performed the process of making OHN and LABS.
Day 6
March 27, 2023 6th day of our OJT. What a wonderful day to start our day, 8:00 am exactly we attended the
flag ceremony on the provincial capitol. After the flag ceremony we have a long quiz with Mr. Dela Merced
about our background learnings last week. After the quiz our group watered all the plants that we planted,

ceremonial planting of gulayan at bulaklakan ng kapitolyo together with Mr. Rico Galinato, Mr. Edito Casido,
Ms. Josie Edera, and our provencial Governor Mr. Nilo P. Demery. During our program i learned a lot of
motivational and inspirational words from the speaker's they said that " school doesn't matter to be a
successful person, it's about our attitude and hardwork that we give". They encourages us to make a time
management that instead of using gadgets all day we should at least utilize our time planting some
vegetables, fruits, and flowers. After the program we planted some carabansos and marigold together with
our Governor Nilo P. Demery.
Day 9
March 30, 2023 9th day of our OJT. In the morning Kuya Dante let us choose whether we go clean the fish
ponds or made some organic fertilizer which are the combination of chicken manure and then rice hull.
Most of us choose to clean the fishponds, it was very scary to step in the dirt under the pond because the
water is not clear, but even though it's scary we manage to clean it well. After doing task's we take a
documentary picture with Kuya Dante. In the afternoon, through human chain or pagbabayanihan,
everyone pass and received the soil container's and we transferred it to the place where it is directed to
sunlight.
Day 10
March 31, 2023, today is the last day of our on the job training (OJT). We have a culminating program this
morning together with our mentor's, SHS teacher's of DSOF and our beloved principal Dr. Teresita P. Loca.
First, Sir Rico Galinato shared about his experiences or what he's been through before he achieved of what
he is now. Then followed by Mr. Edera for his opening his opening remarks, followed by Mr. Dela Merced
for his very heart warming message, then followed by Maam Sheima Soliva for her words of
encouragement, and then Dr. Teresita Loca for her message and Ms. Alexa Anne Geraldino for her words of
appreciation and gratitude, then to be followed by the closing remarks of Sir Allan.
In this journey i have learned so much, even though it's a bit tiring because im not get used to doing some
farm works or agricultural works, but i enjoyed so much beacause i get to experience this kind of works.

TRAINEES FEEDBACK
First of all, we would like to express our gratitude for the relationship with your school
and the opportunity it provided for us to work with their enthusiastic and motivated
students Even though you were staying in an unfinished farm environment, you
managed to live by using your ingenuity.
As far as your work concern, you have a great teamwork wherein instead of quarrelling
about your daily grind or assignments, you choose to help each other to make the work
get done. And we're pleased because you were able to comply all of your assignments
here in the farm. You had a demo on planting of various plants such as pechay,
eggplants, and tomatoes, you did some gathering for the fertilizers and generate an
The reason why my general rating to you is very satisfactory because it is not just for
your work but also towards your attitude in staying here in the techno-demo centre
where you obeyed the rules and regulations here, for example, getting to sleep early when
you were told so. We're also glad because you left with no records of destruction to any of
our facility here. Therefore, I rate your overall performance excellent.
Only by loving what you do will you produce amazing stuff. First impressions
are key, and I have to admit, I'm impressed. The days I spent immersed in my work
were one of the most incredible journeys I have ever had. I was exhausted
from immersion. Since you were constantly involved in activities, you hardly had
time to pause and think. It was a truly fantastic adventure, if I may say so. For me
personally, it was a wonderful event that I will always cherish. Such an exciting
occasion has never before occurred to me. Every struggle, hardship, suffering,
joy, and laughter we've experienced together
Having the immersion was really a good start to experiencing how it feels to be in a work environment. The
first thing that stood out to me was the office environment. It's casual and fun. It's great that the people
inside the admission office are all really nice and outgoing too. We experience different situations. I can
personally say that I grew more mature regarding making wise decisions after work. They let me realize that
maturity, or being mature, is needed in the workplace and in other areas because you are not working
alone; you are dealing with and communicating with other people with respect.

REFLECTION
These 80 hours of immersion are beneficial and a valuable learning opportunity. It is incredible how much
information, inspiration, background, and expertise you may get while deciding which college courses to
attend. I can learn from this experience how to be a responsible, better person, and a successful
professional in the future.
Through work immersion, I was able to interact with different peoples , learn about the ideal career path,
and most importantly, develop my skills in my chosen field. Through the fun, and learning that I've
experienced in my work immersion, I also got to know myself and realized what I really wanted in the
future. I was also able to consider the benefits and drawbacks of my future plans. Knowing that I can
already adapt in my job after graduation will allow me to pursue my ideal career while still a student.
