The necessity for teaching and learning has alter for the past school years as the effect of the impact of COVID-19. A School In-
Service Training cum workshop in strengthening or upgrading teachers’ methodologies, techniques and skills in achieving result-
oriented teaching and enhancing the proficiency level of the learners in school. It serves as an avenue to teachers which enhance
their personal and professional growth in order to yield better outcomes in the workplace.
Rationale Furthermore, the said training will deliver the needs of teachers in this time of pandemic which will specifically tackle on the
issues regarding the teaching-learning process and at the same time addressing the performance assessment of teachers this
time of pandemic.

The proponents made use of the Limited Face-to-Face modality in delivering the three (3) day INSET session and workshops. Out
of 15 teacher recipients, all of them have cellphones, laptops and internet connection to which they can use thru the learning

workshops as the impact of this proposal. So with the scenario, the school decided to conduct limited face-to-face by strictly
following the health protocol set by the IATF to address the need of both teachers and pupils.

At the end of this activity, the participants will be able to Improved their professional learning and develop their skills in teaching

At the end of this activity, the participants are expected to: Gain more knowledge that it will be beneficial among the pupils by
improving their understanding of the Most Essential Learning Competencies and teachers’ knowledge in pedagogy will be
awakened by crafting self-made video lessons. It is therefore, projected that there will be positive result in pupils’ participation in
Expected Tangible Outputs other subject areas. Thus, it will enhance competency development among learners, alleviate boredom and promotes lifelong
learning.
The effectivity of this project will be determined by the quality of the self-made video lessons of the teachers and pupils achieving
higher Performance Level in the Least Mastered Skills of the different Subject Areas.
At the end of this activity, the participants, inclusive of both male and female, are expected to:
Empower the participants to promote change and foster the development of the 21st century skills through improved teaching

The program management team ensures that gender perspectives and needs are always considered in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the training.
Likewise, it seeks to ensure that participants (regardless of gender preference) have equitable access to and benefit from society’s resources and opportunities. Its HGDG rating must
be verified by SEPS-M&E Voltaire C. Asildo using the prescribed tool to ensure compliance to GAD perspectives and mandates for gender mainstreaming, regardless of the activity
being included in the GAD Plan or not.
