In view of the preparation for the opening of classes in August 2021 and with our effort to gather as
many enrollees as we can for this school year 2021-2022, the Notre Dame of Genio Edcor, Inc. shall
propose a consent from your office to allow us to conduct a mobile enrolment in your barangay.

We are aware of the ongoing threat of the covid 19 virus, apropos this, we are asking for your highly
considerate assistance in the realization of this endeavor and help us conduct the enrolment in your most
convenient date and place provided that our school shall follow strict health compliance and the
management of the people shall be well taken care of by our personnel ensuring standard health protocols
are observed.

Amidst the pandemic hindering our educational system, our institution shall continue to support our
community in assuring quality education and learning are brought to our young learners while
safeguarding their health and well-being.
