PROCESSING OF SERVICE REQUESTS IN THE SDO-PROPER THROUGH


SERVICE REQUEST AND TICKETING SYSTEM

1. The Schools Division of Bislig City, Schools Division Office - Proper believes
that quality service requires a more systematic and streamlined approach to its
existing processes. This is in line with The Department of Education’s
upcoming full implementation of The One DepEd, One QMS (Quality
Management System).

2. With the bulk of requests to address that the office receives, the ticketing
system has to be enhanced and fully implemented to incorporate also with the
monitoring of its Key Result Areas. To pilot this system, OSDS-ICT unit will
adopt the system and will be the template also for other functional sections and
its units. The client feedback survey results shall be consolidated for further
study of the QMS team.

3. Thereby, all requests, walk-in or remote, shall be coursed through the form in
bit.ly/sdopticket or via the scannable Quick Response (QR) Code in the
attached image (Figure 1.0).

4. Each request shall be issued a ticket request number via email. This can
further be used to follow-up on the request and include in the corresponding
Client Feedback survey.

5. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is highly encouraged.
