    05 minutes’ video Guidelines

    Video Coverage
    1. About Yourself 
    2. About your career aspirations 
    3. 5 aspirational companies you want your placement to be in (from the companies who
    visited campus last Year) 
    4. Target CTC for placements and how you justify it with the skill set and knowledge you
    have gained/worked till date 

    Objective
    1. To evaluate and provide feedback and to do the needful during SIP only
    2. Be Placement ready from August 2023 and get placed by December 2023
    3. Self-appraisal and introspection.
    4. Classify candidates for training and nominations opportunity/screening.

    Guidelines:
    1. Video to be shot in full formals.
    2. Has to be spontaneous no reading permitted
    3. Assume you are sitting in front of recruiters.
    4. No background noise

    Evaluation Criteria on the Scale of 1 to 10


    1. Clarity in Expression of Thoughts
    2. Confidence
    3. Content
    4. Over all communication
