1. What work-related skills do you feel confident in that you have already developed, either
through classes, previous WIL experiences, or jobs you have held?

I feel confident in

1. My Communication, Leadership, Teamwork skills got developed with group

projects that we got to do on class in first semester.
2. My ability to analyzing and solving problems changed in a professional way. I
learned to manage time and how to prioritize work and how to adapt to new
environments.
3. Technical skills got developed by working on different software.
2. What skills would you like to develop or further build on?

I would like to further develop,

1. My communication and interpersonal skills for better understanding of different

views and perspectives and build strong relationships.
2. My public speaking skills as I would like to confidently present my ideas in a
clear and precise manner.

3. What kind of WIL experience would be most likely to help you work on your skills?

1. The co-op programs and the internships would help me improve my skills at the
workplace.
2. I can experience a lot of technologies and technical skills.
3. Professional guidance is mandatory to develop more knowledge.

1. I would undoubtedly benefit from self-learning, networking, and assistance in my

work with WIL.

2. My career will benefit greatly from extensive research and the utilisation of web

on my career.
