The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance

Main Duties / Responsibilities


 Manage the operation and maintenance of the District Cooling Plant, Reverse Osmosis Plant, HVAC
System, Piping Network, water features, Solar Plant, lifting station, and pump stations.
 Implementation of O & M Manuals, log sheets, PPM Checklist, and PPM Master Plan for the
department.
 Ensure the quality of mechanical services is in accordance with set standards, health and safety
regulations, and objectives.
 To cooperate with the supervisors/operators/technicians and supply technical support in updating
work schedules.
 To cooperate with other Departments and give technical support for an inventory of spare parts and
consumables.
 Monitor and witness the commissioning of all new Mechanical engineering services.
 Evaluates project teams and guide them accordingly.
 Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
 Prepare all maintenance schedules (Daily, weekly, monthly, Annual) and allocate work as per
forecasted workloads.
 Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
 Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.

Minimum qualifications /
 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

 Operation and Maintenance of mechanical works in large projects.
 Operation of Planned Preventive Maintenance System and day-to-day
reactive works.
 Strong experience with Chiller plants, HVAC systems, Solar systems, RO
plants, Pumps and Pumping stations, piping networks etc.

 Proficiency in the English language.
 Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related
communication tools.
 Report writing.

 Scheduling, planning, analytical and statistical skills.


 Detailed orientation, positive employee relation skills, training abilities, and
