    1st deposit paid on the 12th of October, 2022, for the 4th December event, but cancelled £150.

    2nd deposit £150 and full payment £440 for the 17th December, 2022 event = £740

    2. Local person bribed to represent us to enable us use the facility since is only rented
    out to members of the community £500

    3. Transportation in search of venues and securing of Broadwater Farms Community Centre


    £55 per trip x 12 = £650

    4. Telephone calls, including international (Ghana) for 3months = £155

    5. Booking of a djing for the dance as pre-requisite for the work permit £350

    6. UK Visa Centre orientation fees paid to the accounts of the director - Jimmy on the 17th
    October, 2022. £150
    ✓ Another payment £150 first time made in Ghana
