System of Play: The tournament will be conducted as per latest FIDE

law and Swiss league System with 8/9 rounds with time control of 15

minutes + increment of 10 seconds from move 1.

Protest: Protest if any against the decision of the chief arbiter shall

be made in writing with protest fee of Rs.200/- (Rs. two hundred

only) within fifteen minutes of the occurrence of the incidents to the

Chief Arbiter The protest fee will be refunded if the appeal is upheld.

Appeal Committee: Before commencement of the tournament

appeal committee will be formed amongst the top-rated present

players at the players meeting.

Withdrawals: A Player may withdraw at any stage of the event after

informing chief arbiter in writing.

Disqualification: No participant will leave the venue before the prize

distribution function without the permission of the Chief Arbiter.
