VENUE- RPS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL,SECTOR - 50 ,GURUGRAM

1) AGE LIMIT-Players born on or after 01.01.2006 for Under- 16 and 01.01.2012 for Under- 10 are eligible
to participate in the championship.

2) AGE PROOF- Each participant must produce a valid certificate to prove his/her age. Certificate from
Schools will not be accepted. Certificate should preferably be from the Panchayat, Municipality or
Corporation obtained soon after birth. Players without date of birth certificate will not be allowed to
participate.

3) AICF Registration- AICF registration is mandatory for all players for the year 2021-22. Online AICF
registration can be done at website – www.aicf.in/players

4) ENTRY FEE – Entry fee of Rs. 400 for the selected players and Rs. 600 for donor entry to be deposited
in Account of DISTT. CHESS ASSOCIATION GURGAON . State Bank of India, New Railway Road Branch,
Gurgaon , Account No. – 33309998345 IFSC : SBIN0016445

NOTE: ENTRIES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH THE APPROVAL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DISTRICT
SECRETARIES.

5) ACCOMMODATION- Free dormitory type accommodation would be provided only to selected players
outside of gurugram district.

NOTE: THE ACCOMMODATION HAS TO BE CONFIRMED TILL 4TH OF JANUARY 2022 FOR FREE
DORMITORY BASIS , OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE.

COVID PROTOCOL

1. All players are required to maintain social distancing and hand sanitization at tournament hall.

2. Wearing of mask is mandatory at all times when you are inside tournament hall.
3. Players are allowed inside tournament hall only after checking. Any symptomatic players will be
removed from the tournament as pre-caution and all players are obliged to obey this rule.

4.Sanitization of Chess Board and Chess pieces will be carried out at regular interval.

5. Parents and accompanying persons are not allowed inside tournament hall at all times.

6. Gurgaon District Chess Association take all the measures for safe tournament environment.
However, in case any untoward situation arises, the players will not ask damages from Gurgaon
District Chess Association.

#NOTE: ANY CHANGE IN THE TOURNAMENT DUE TO THE ONING COVID SITUATION WILL BE
NOTIFIED.
