RS 40 Roller Chain is a high-strength premium quality precision

ANSI roller chain that is manufactured out of high quality
carbon steel. We keep this chain in-stock as 10' boxes, 50ft
reels, 100ft reels, and 250ft reels. Cut to length strands are also

available upon request but may require and extra 1-3 business
days for assembly.

roller chains out there is the solid bushing/ solid roller (SBR)
design. The results of this is a longer working life, higher
strength, and an overall smoother operation.

This chain also features side-plates that are slightly wider than
the "Standard" roller chains that are out there now. The results
of this is a higher tensile strength, reduced stretching over
time, and an average increase of 30% in regards to fatigue

resistance.

American National Standards Institute B29.1 Standards (ANSI
