    LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF

    C.SEN

    I, Mr. Carle Sen, resident of Kolkata, West Bengal, India, do hereby revoke all my
    previous Wills (or) Codicils and declare that this is my last Will, which I make on the
    21st of July, 2022.

    I bequeath the following assets to my son, Jerro Sen.

    1.. My house, Sen Mansion, located at 3B Lake Road, Kolkata- 700019.

    2. My car with registration no. 1980256.

    3. Bank balance of my savings account no. 0003562 with United Bank of India,
    Lake Road Branch, 202 Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata- 700019.

    4. The contents of bank locker no 116, with HDFC Bank, 131 Park Street, Kolkata-
    700016.

    5. Any other asset not mentioned in this Will but of which I am the owner.
