Piano Accompaniment Available

Please take note of the following guidelines:

- Accompaniment is available at a moderate hourly cost.
- The prices listed are per hour or any part thereof. Meaning that a 10 minute rehearsal will
incur the hourly rate, as will a 59 minute rehearsal.
- The fees are non-refundable and must be paid before the accompaniment is to be
provided.
- A missed session(rehearsal, performance, or lesson) will not be rescheduled. A new
session must be booked and paid for.
- At least one rehearsal is required before a performance and must happen no later than the
day before said performance. NO MUSIC WILL BE PERFORMED WITHOUT A
REHEARSAL BEFORE THE PERFORMANCE.
- Music is to be submitted at least one week prior to the initial rehearsal.
- The submitted music should be legible(easy to read), printed on both sides of the page,
and punched to fit the 3-ring binder used by the accompanist. The accompanist will
decide if the provided sheet music is legible enough to be accepted BEFORE any
confirmation for rehearsal or performance is given.
- Submission of music and initial payment is considered the formation of the verbal
contract and must happen at least 1 week prior. Music that is submitted after this deadline
will incur an additional “Late Submission Fee” which will be decided by the accompanist
based on the difficulty of the music and the tardiness of submission.
- Payment for the first rehearsal is to be submitted along with the submission of music and
must happen at least one week before the first rehearsal. MUSIC WILL NOT BE
PREPARED UNTIL THE INITIAL PAYMENT IS MADE.

The established fees are as follows:

- $15 - Accompaniment during 1on1 lesson
- $15 - Rehearsals
- $15 - Recording for auditions
- $15 - Per performance
