benefits, disadvantage, and cases in which it is used.
The first software is Prezi the benefits we found are: It enhances the use of
non-textual elements. And we found that application amazing because we
need it for an effective presentation and dynamic and non-linear
presentations.

audience and
Captures the attention of the audience and focuses attention on the aspects
of the text this benefit allows showing ideas in the form of journey maps or
knowledge maps.
Then the disadvantages we found are presentations cannot be printed or
downloaded, but in our times that’s ok, we don’t need it at all. If you work
online it is always necessary to use the internet, as we know we need the
internet for work it is necessary, and a mandatory account is required and

And the case in which it is used Prezi is a wall designed to create and
publish presentations. With this tool you will be able to: Make dynamic
presentations by creating a path between the objects presented. Include
image, sound, video, and text.

The second software we prove is PowToon the advantages of this software

are you can design quick introductions, add many effects, insertion of
characters and add your voice or music and the most important share the
presentation, but the disadvantage, this software does not have
collaborative work you can’t edit Online. But we can use it when we are
looking to create visually stunning animated presentations.
The third one is PowerPoint this software is really useful because you can
easily organize your information, and add text, images, links, and videos, It
is possible to insert hyperlinks in the slides. And, the finished presentation
can be printed, but there are some disadvantages such as it is necessary to
have the application on a computer, the interfaces limit the customization of
presentations as it is a bit limited, cited, and very complex files tend to be
quite heavy. And you can use it to da design slideshow presentations.
And finally, canvas, we found many advantages, because we currently use
this software, the benefits are you can use free images in canvas, and there
are different formats and sizes. You don't need to be a design professional,
the tool is user-friendly, you can download the files in different formats
(PNG, JPG, PDF, and PDF for printing) and you can upload your logos,
banners, icons, and images

Some disadvantages are there are no lines or guidelines that let you know
for sure that your design is centered and adjusted correctly, many of their
designs are for the pro version (p, aid), and sometimes the application
pauses and does not save changes. It is not compatible with all browsers.

finally, we consider that these applications are very useful in our academic
life within the university and our work career, they help us to create more
dynamic and interactive presentations, in which we can simplify the
information, adding transactions, graphics, sounds, images, to mention other
elements that help to present the information in the best way possible.
